Mushroom soup ( DF, GF)


1. 200 grams mushrooms

2. 2 cups coconut milk

3. 1 tea spoon butter or coconut butter

4. 1 tea spoon coconut oil

5. 1 tea spoon oat flour or corn starch

6. Salt and pepper

7. ¼ cup green onions

8. 2 cups fat free broth


1. Stir fry onions in coconut oil or butter

2. Add mushrooms and keep stirring

3. Add broth and let boil for 5 mins

4. In a bowl mix corn starch and coconut milk

5. Add to the mixture in a pan

6. Let boil until desirable consistency is reached

7. Blend with a blender or serve as is
